The past perfect subjunctive is used when discussing past actions that took place before other actions in the past, conditional statements in the past and hypothetical situation that took place at some time in the past.
| Mi amigo duda que hayas visto la pel铆cula. | My friend doubts that you have seen the movie. |

Remember: these verb charts are only a tool to use while one is learning the language. In other words, one must eventually forget the verb chart and it must become second nature.
